Overall clean and the staff was efficient and excellent. The service was outstanding, totally satisfied. All the facilities were very nice. The location was amazing and incredible for walking around Holbox Island. The hotel itself was in a fairly quiet area, just off all Mexico, and the most perfect beach imaginable.

I enjoyed nicely equipped room in this hotel.
The hotel met requirements, it was a very nice stay on vacation. My room included climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. Private bathrooms, that included walk-in showers, were cleaned daily. The pool was very clean and I had cold drinks in the outdoor bar.
